Sherpur, Feb. 5 -- Police Lines Academy for Creative Education made a strong start in the Sherpur Prime Bank National School Cricket Tournament, beating GK Pilot High School by six wickets at the Sherpur Govt. College ground on Wednesday.
GK Pilot School batted first after winning the toss and were all out for 149 runs in 32.2 overs in a curtailed 35-over-a-side match. Jibon Miah scored 45 runs, and Bijoy made 29 runs.

Sajib and Shahin each grabbed three wickets, conceding 35 and 37 runs, respectively.
Chasing a target of 150 runs, Police Lines Academy, led by 69 runs from Sudeep Saha, easily reached their goal, scoring 155 runs for the loss of four wickets in 31.1 overs.
