Dhaka, Feb. 20 -- India's varied landscapes continue to fascinate travellers, from the snow-covered Himalayas to the sunlit beaches of Goa. Among these attractions is a striking road in western India that feels almost unreal. Known as the Road to Heaven, the nearly 30-kilometre-long stretch links mainland Kutch with the historic village of Dholavira in Gujarat.

The road is celebrated for its rare geography and breathtaking views. For almost half the year, water stretches out on both sides, while during the remaining months the surroundings turn into vast white salt pans.
