Dhaka, March 19 -- BNP Chairperson's Advisory Council member Zainul Abedin Farroque on Wednesday said though Bangladesh expects good neighbourly behaviour from India, their media are always involved in spreading propaganda against Bangladesh.

"As a good neighbour, we always expect good behaviour from our neighbouring country, India. But Indian media are always involved in anti-Bangladesh propaganda," he said.

Farroque made the remarks after paying tributes to BNP founder late President Ziaur Rahman by placing wreaths at his grave in the city.

He along with the president of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Sangskritik Dal Humayun Kabir Bepari and its other leaders paid homage on the occasion of its 17th founding anniversary.
