Feni, Feb. 7 -- Students and local residents partially demolished, vandalised, and set fire to the residences of two former MPs and the district Awami League office in Feni on Thursday.
The angry mob first targeted the house of former Feni-1 MP Alauddin Ahmed Chowdhury Nasim and the residence of former Feni-3 MP Lt Gen (retd) Masud Chowdhury, before vandalising the district Awami League office on Station Road.
According to sources, the protesting students had announced their attack plans a day earlier through social media platforms.
