, Jan. 7 -- A Dhaka court on Wednesday asked the authorities concerned to freeze Tk 65,50,246 from 53 bank accounts of Faisal Karim Masud, the prime accused in Inqilab Moncho spokesperson Hadi murder case.

Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Sabbir Foyez passed the order following a petition filed by Criminal Investigation Department (CID), said bench assistant of the court Riaz Hossain.

Abdul Latif, sub-inspector of CID filed the petition,

According to the petition, a money laundering investigation is underway against fugitive accused Faisal and other people for involvement in the killing of Sharif Osman Hadi.
