Dhaka, May 17 -- Five national women's footballers out of ten returned home from Bhutan on Saturday to join the national training camp for the upcoming Jordan tour.
They will join the BFF women's national training camp along with 41 other players under head coach Peter Butler for two international friendly matches in Jordan, against Jordan on 31 May and against Indonesia on 3 June.
Earlier, a record 10 Bangladeshi senior women's footballers registered to play in the ongoing Bhutan National Women's Football League.
Of these, five players - Maria Manda, Monika Chakma, Ritu Porna Chakma, Rupna Chakma, and Shamsunnahar Sr - returned home on Saturday after playing just one match each, responding to the BFF's call to join the national traini...
