Dhaka, March 30 -- Although traffic has significantly reduced and fewer people are out in Dhaka, the city's air quality continues to remain in the unhealthy range.
Despite the drop in daily activity, Dhaka has ranked fifth on the list of cities with the worst air quality with an AQI score of 154 on Sunday noon.
Today's air was classified as 'unhealthy', referring to a health risk to residents, according to the AQI index.
Nepal's Kathmandu, Thailand's Chiang Mai and Kuwait's Kuwait City occupied the first, second, and third spots on the list, with AQI scores of 200, 189 and 160, respectively.
