Dhaka, June 13 -- Dhaka, the overcrowded capital city of Bangladesh, has ranked 52nd on the list of cities with the worst air quality with an AQI score of 66 at 9:40am this morning (June 13, 2025).

Dhaka's air is comparatively better than that of Italy's Milano and USA'S Minneapolis cities as those ranked seventh and 11th with the AQI score of 137 and 97 respectively this morning.

Today Dhaka's air was classified as 'moderate,' referring to a light health concern, according to the AQI index. Such air quality continued for the second consecutive day on Friday.
