Beijing, Feb. 26 -- Chinese Vice Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC) Sun Haiyan on Wednesday said China can be one of Bangladesh's most trusted special friends.

"Bangladesh is situated in a very special strategic geographical location. You have a strong neighbour.
