Chapainawabganj, March 15 -- The body of Bijli Kumar Roy, a 44-year-old Indian national, was handed over through the Sonamasjid border in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj on Friday afternoon.
The body was transferred to the Indian Immigration Police via the Sonamasjid check post.
Later, it was handed over to his younger brother, Badri Roy, on Friday afternoon in the presence of Immigration Police, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), and Border Security Force (BSF) officials from both countries.
Bijli Kumar Roy was the son of the late Tuna Roy from Chak Jamal village in Muzaffarpur district of India.
