, Jan. 1 -- A day after her burial, BNP leaders, activists, and common people on Thursday visited the grave of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia to offer fateha and pay their tributes.
The entrance to Zia Udyan was opened to the public after 12 noon on Thursday, allowing people to visit the grave.
A large number of people gathered earlier in front of Zia Udyan to visit her grave, but security personnel did not allow entry at that time. The gate remained closed for the general public since the completion of her burial on Wednesday evening.
