Narayanganj, April 5 -- Expressing concerns over the spread of misinformation against Bangladesh, Home Affairs Adviser Lt Gen (retd) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury on Saturday reaffirmed that communal harmony has always prevailed in Bangladesh.

"There is no place in the world with communal harmony like that of Bangladesh. Just look around and observe what is happening. In our country, everyone is working together," he said while speaking to reporters after visiting the Moha Ashtami holy bath festival for devotees on the banks of the Brahmaputra River at Langalband in Bandar, Narayanganj in the afternoon.
