, Jan. 26 -- Bangladesh Women's Cricket team was eliminated from the ongoing !CC Women's Under-19 T20 World Cup after losing to neighboring India by eight wickets in a super six match held Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

With day's feat, India moved into the semifinal of the Women's T20 World Cup alongside Australia securing six points each.

Bangladesh which bagged two points after first super six match, will play their remaining match with West Indies, results of which will not change their fate.

Earlier, Bangladesh team advanced to the Super Six stage of the ICC Women's U-19 T20 World Cup as Group D runners-up beating Scotland by 17 runs in their last Group D match held in Bangi, Malaysia last Wednesday.
