, June 19 -- Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) is going to replace the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission contingent deployed in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA).

As part of this replacement, 125 BAF members departed from Dhaka for the Central African Republic on Thursday aboard a UN-chartered aircraft (Ethiopian Airlines), said a press release of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday.

The Armed Military Utility Helicopter Unit is led by Air Commodore Imranur Rahman, BUP, afwc, psc.
