India, Nov. 21 -- The Spanish culinary scene in Hong Kong is thriving. With plenty of new openings, major reopenings, new chef appointments, and of course, ever-changing menus. We have no shortage of great Spanish restaurants in town and, dare we say, most of them always deliver. So, in this month's edition of Chef's Table, we're putting the spotlight on paella, one of the best-known Spanish dishes. We asked chef Alex Fargas of La Paloma to share his favourite venues for the best paella in Hong Kong.
