India, Jan. 25 -- On the eve of Republic Day 2026, the Government of India unveiled the Padma Awards 2026, one of the nation's highest civilian honours that recognise outstanding contributions across a wide range of fields. These awards honour individuals from all walks of life who have demonstrated excellence and long-term impact in arts, literature, social service, medicine, education, public service, and more.
