NEW DELHI, June 21 -- The Karnataka High Court on Thursday granted interim relief to Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy by staying the Special Investigation Team inquiry into alleged land encroachment in Kethaganahalli village, located in the Ramanagara district. The SIT, constituted by the state government in January 2025, was tasked with probing accusations that the former chief minister was involved in the illegal occupation of government land.
However, Kumaraswamy challenged the legality of the investigation, prompting judicial scrutiny. Hearing the matter, Justice E.S.
