Bengaluru, July 3 -- An Additional SP rank police officer posted at Dharwad district in Karnataka has tendered his resignation citing the reason was due to the head of the State CM of Karnataka Siddaramaiah had publicly humiliated him. Addl SP Narayan Baramani's resignation letter has gone viral on social media.

The senior police officer's decision of resignation comes little over two months after a video that went viral on Social Media on April 28th, this year where CM gestures as if he was going to slap the senior police officer.
