Nigeria, Nov. 16 -- Taraba State Governor, Agbu Kefas, has announced that he will leave the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and join the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday. He made the announcement over the weekend while inspecting renovation work at the Jolly Nyame Stadium in Jalingo. The stadium has been chosen as the venue for his major defection rally.
