Dhaka, Feb. 13 -- The High Court recently issued a rule upon the respondents, including the Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Public Works, to explain in four weeks as to why a proceeding for contempt of court should not be drawn against them for noncompliance, disobeying and violating the order passed by the High Court on June 12, 2016.

The High Court bench of Justice Mamnoon Rahman and Justice Khizir Hayat passed the order on January 20, 2020, after hearing a petition filed in this regard.

In the rule, the court also wanted to know to explain as to why the respondents
