SRINAGAR, March 18 -- The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India, is playing a pivotal role in transforming Jammu and Kashmir by building state-of-the-art infrastructure.
