New Delhi, May 23 -- Papaya watermelon arugula feta salad
Ingredients
* Fresh orange juice - 1/4 cup
* Fresh lemon juice - 5 tsp
* Honey- - 2 tsp
* Salad oil - 1tsp
* Black pepper powder - to taste
* Arugula - 1 cup
* Water melon - 10 cubes (rind removed and seedless)
* Papaya - 10 cubes (Rind removed and seedless)
* Feta cheese - 100 gm (grated)
* Chopped mint leaves - 10-12 leaves
Methods
* Take a small bowl and add orange juice, lemon juice, honey, pepper powder, salt, salad oil (for dressing)
* Whisk all the ingredients properly
* Take a large bowl and put the arugula, watermelon, feta cheese, papaya and mint, pour the dressing and mix them softly
* Serve immediately
