Dhaka, April 23 -- Students from DU, JU, BUET, Seven Colleges and various educational institutions of Dhaka will again stage a road blockade at Shahbagh at 9:30 pm on Wednesday to press for the resignation of KUET vice-chancellor.

This announcement was made by a coordinator of the movement, Mosaddeq Ali Ibn Mohammad, at 4 pm on Wednesday, reports UNB.

Earlier, they held a protest march under the banner: "Students of all educational institutions of Dhaka, including DU, JU, JnU, BUET, and Seven Colleges, stand beside KUET."

The Dhaka-based students are expressing solidarity with the movement of the students of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), where dozens of protesters have been on a hunger strike.
