Dhaka, July 24 -- Another critically injured student in the fighter jet crash at Milestone School and College in Uttara area of Dhaka has died at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

The deceased, fourteen-year-old Mahtab Rahman, was referred to the NIBPS from the Uttara Adhunik Medical College Hospital on Wednesday night with 85 per cent burn injuries.

He was a seventh-grade student in the English version section of the school.

Mahtab died while undergoing treatment at the NIBPS around 1:50 pm today (Thursday).

He was the only son of Minhajur Rahman Bhuiyan of Chulash Bhuiyan Bari in Debidwar upazila of Cumilla. The family resides in the Uttara area.
