Dhaka, Oct. 27 -- The joint forces led by Bangladesh Army have detained 45 individuals following some untoward incidents, including a series of clashes, extortions and robberies in the capital's Mohammadpur area.
"A total of 45 members of robbers, extortionists and juvenile gangs were arrested from Dhaka Udyan, Chand Udyan and Navodaya Housing in Mohammadpur area in a joint operation led by the army personnel, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-2) and police," a release of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said this evening.
