Dhaka, Feb. 25 -- Speakers at a roundtable on women's empowerment have underscored the need for policy reforms and collective efforts to close gender gaps across industries.
They highlighted the importance of mentorship, financial literacy, and policy advocacy in breaking barriers for women in business and leadership.
The Financial Express, the country's first financial daily, hosted the discussion titled "Empowering Women: Driving Equality for a Sustainable Future" on Tuesday (February 25) to mark International Women's Day, to be observed on March 8.
