Dhaka, Jan. 22 -- Dhaka has urged all Bangladesh missions abroad to design strategy to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) to Bangladesh from their respective host countries.

The directive was issued from a virtual session titled "Investment Talks with Bangladesh Missions", said a foreign ministry's press release in Dhaka on Wednesday.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) jointly launched an initiative aimed at diversifying the nation's global trade and prioritising investment strategies, reports BSS.
