Dhaka, Nov. 13 -- Amnesty International has called for a prompt and impartial investigation into Sunday's attack on several individuals perceived to be members of the Awami League at the capital's Zero Point.

Those responsible must be held accountable, the UK-based international human rights organization said in a statement released Tuesday by Amnesty International's South Asia Regional Office on X (formerly Twitter).
