Even as the Covid-19 pandemic has hurt the global HoReCa (hotels, restaurants and catering) segment with the bulk consumption of dairy products taking a hit, the latest export figures of Amul's consumer products tell a promising story of a remarkable surge in retail consumption of dairy products worldwide.
