New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- New Delhi-based IT solutions provider Uneecops Group has acquired a majority stake in TechMatrix Consulting, a Singapore headquartered AI solutions provider, in a move to enhance its AI, analytics, and customer engagement offerings. The deal, advised by Iliant Capital, aims to create a unified platform that integrates CRM, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive enterprise transformation across sectors and regions. The deal amount has not been disclosed.
The partnership is expected to expand Uneecops' presence in India, the Asia-Pacific (APAC), and the Middle East and Africa (MEA), while deepening its capabilities in high-growth industries such as BFSI, automotive, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare, as per the company's press statement. The companies plan to jointly develop AI-driven solutions and industry-specific tools to support businesses in improving decision-making, automating processes, and scaling operations.

TechMatrix, a Salesforce Summit partner, serves over 600 global clients with its agile consulting model and Salesforce expertise.
