
New Delhi, Jan. 27 -- Noida-based healthcare AI firm Innovaccer Inc. on Tuesday announced a strategic partnership with IT services company Coforge to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of artificial intelligence across the healthcare ecosystem, targeting improvements in care delivery, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
As part of the partnership, the two companies have launched G-Forge, a joint initiative aimed at helping healthcare organisations integrate fragmented data systems and deploy AI at scale across clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
The collaboration brings together Innovaccer's Gravity healthcare intelligence platform and Coforge's large-scale digital transformation and implementation capabilities. The initiative will serve healthcare providers, payers, life sciences companies, and health technology firms seeking to modernise operations using AI.
Under the agreement, Coforge will act as Innovaccer's preferred platinum implementation partner for the Gravity platform and will set up a Healthcare AI Center of Excellence. The companies will jointly develop industry-specific AI accelerators covering areas such as care management, member and provider experience, and revenue cycle management, while offering end-to-end implementation and managed services.

G-Forge will be supported by forward-deployed engineers from Innovaccer, working alongside Coforge teams trained on the Gravity platform to design, deploy, and operate AI solutions for clients. The initiative will also function as a co-innovation hub, developing scalable healthcare AI solutions on Gravity's HITRUST-compliant data foundation, the companies said.
Coforge reported Rs.4,188.1 crore in Q3 revenue, up 26% YoY, with net profit at Rs.250.2 crore and EBITDA rising 48% YoY, supported by AI-led and digital deal wins. The company continues to expand its healthcare and AI services pipeline, including new strategic partnerships, boosting its large-deal order book and future growth outlook.
