Jakarta, Aug. 20 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the ASEAN Strategic Policy Dialogue on Disaster Management (SPDDM) 2025, held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, in Singapore. Dr. Kao delivered remarks atthe Opening Session, along with Minister for Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs of Singapore Edwin Tong, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee for Disaster Management of Cambodia and Representative of the Chair of ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management (ACDM) Ma Norith, as well as with Ambassador of the European Union to ASEAN Sujiro Seam.
