Singapore, April 11 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today attended the Amity Circle Retreat III, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In line with the focus of the retreat, Dr. Kao shared his views on the current geopolitical situation, particularly those that affect ASEAN, and potential risks that the region might address in the future.
