Jakarta, Nov. 20 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with H.E. Miguel Marques Goncalves Manetelu, Minister of Transports and Communication of Timor-Leste, on the sidelines of the Thirty-First ASEAN Transport Ministers' Meeting in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar. Dr. Kao extended congratulations on Timor-Leste's accession as the 11th Member of ASEAN and noted with appreciation its forthcoming submission of the Instruments of Accession to key ASEAN air transport agreements.
