Jakarta, Nov. 20 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with H.E. PengPonea, Minister of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia, on the margins ofthe Thirty-First ASEAN Transport Ministers' Meeting in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.Dr. Kao congratulated Cambodia on the opening of the new Techo InternationalAirport and commended Cambodia's leadership in the signing of the ASEAN-New Zealand Air Services Agreement.
