Jakarta, Dec. 5 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning delivered remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the Digital Government Forum 2025, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Forum was officiated by H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
