Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 22 -- His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held an informal talks with Her Excellency Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Foreign Minister of the Republic of the Philippines alongside of the Special ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting on the Current Situation Between Cambodia and Thailand in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
