Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 19 -- On the morning of 19 December 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, at the Ministry.

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed the longstanding friendship between Cambodia and Russia and highlighted the upcoming 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2026. Both sides agreed to continue strengthening bilateral cooperation in all fields for mutual benefit.
