Jakarta, July 7 -- The ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM) convened today in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to deliberate on key Chairmanship priorities under the theme "Inclusivity and Sustainability", in preparation for the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting and Related Meetings, including key engagements with ASEAN's partners, scheduled in the coming days. The Meeting was attended by ASEAN SOM Leaders and the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community. Timor-Leste attended as Observer.
