Hyderabad, March 17 -- Telangana chief minister A Revanth Reddy has called upon the leaders of opposition parties to come together to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to bring amendments to the constitution, to enable the implementation of 42 percent reservations for Backward Classes (BC) in Telangana.
