Hyderabad, March 22 -- All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief, Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi issued a clarification on Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi's nomination for Hyderabad MP seat.
Addressing a rally, Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi said that his younger brother's nomination for Lok Sabha Polls is nothing but a "backup plan". Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi further made it clear that he himself is the party's official candidate for Hyderabad MP seat.
Earlier, confusion had prevailed among the party workers after Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi filed nomination for the seat.
