India, Aug. 6 -- Wix.com Ltd. (WIX) said on Wednesday that its second quarter profit rose from last year, helped by increased bookings and higher revenue. While providing outlook for the next quarter, the company also lifted its full year revenue and bookings guidance.
On the Nasdaq, the stock is up 14 percent on Tuesday's after-hrs at $146.00. WIX closed Tuesday's trading at $128.09, down 3 percent.
The Israeli software company posted net income of $57.70 million or $0.98 per share in the second quarter, higher than $39.52 million or $0.68 per share in the same period last year. On an adjusted basis, second quarter income was $136.25 million or $2.28 per share, compared to $99.62 million or $1.67 per share in the prior year quarter.
