BAGMATI, Oct. 4 -- Traffic has been operating since this morning on the Hetauda-Chitlang-Chandragiri-Kathmandu section of the Tribhuvan Rajpath road.
After the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology issued a warning for heavy rainfall, local authorities had halted all vehicle operations on these roads until this morning.
According to Thakur Prasad Sapkota, the acting spokesperson for the Makwanpur District Police Office, traffic resumed this morning as there are no obstructions on the road. Light vehicles are operating on the Hetauda-Palung-Naubise road section.
