Nepal, March 3 -- Police have arrested a 63-year-old man in Arghakhanchi on charges of raping a physically challenged woman.

The suspect, Govinda Prasad Basyal of Kallabot, Sandhikharka Municipality-12, was taken into custody from Sandhikharka-1, according to the District Police Office, Arghakhanchi.
