KATHMANDU, Oct. 3 -- The price of gold has increased by Rs 100 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 160,900 per tola for today, up from Rs 160,800 per tola on Wednesday.

Similarly, the price of silver has increased by Rs 15 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,950 per tola, reflecting an increase from Rs 1,935 per tola on the previous day.

Meanwhile, the price of gold decreased to $2,654.2 per ounce in the international market on Wednesday. Gold was traded at $2,655.19 per ounce on Wednesday. Silver is priced at $31.57 per ounce.
