Nigeria, May 22 -- President Muhammadu Buhari used the occasion of the valedictory meeting of the current Federal Executive Council (FEC) to pay tribute to his late Minister of State (Labour), James Ocholi, who died in a car accident along Abuja/Kaduna expressway in 2016.

Mr Buhari also lauded members of the federal cabinet who resigned for various reasons from the cabinet.
