Nigeria, March 20 -- The Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, on Wednesday condemned another attack, forceful abduction, intimidation, assault, brutalisation of the staff and destruction of the facilities at the substation of the Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) in Badagry, Lagos State by personnel of the Nigerian Army.

Mr Adelabu, in a statement by Bolaji Tunji, his special adviser on strategic communication and media relations on Wednesday, said the attack which took place on Friday, 14 March, following a temporary power outage happening less than a week after a similar assault on the staff and the infrastructure of the Ikeja Electric Distribution Company (IKEDC) by the Nigerian Airforce.
