Germany, April 13 -- Germany based xapio GmbH has secured contract from Zentrale Vergabestelle im Bayerischen Landesamt fur Steuern for Software programming and consultancy services new development of ELAN - electronic application management of the state parliament. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
