Germany, March 31 -- Germany based votegroup GmbH (Bietergemeinschaft mit Smartmatic International Holding B.V.) has secured contract from Vergabekammer des Bundes for IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support - conducting the DFG panel election as an online election.
