Norway, April 27 -- Veidekke will complete the acquisition of the asphalt contractor Nord Vei og Asfalt AS in Troms County. The acquisition strengthens the position of Veidekke's asphalting operations in a region where activity levels are expected to remain strong in the coming years.When the acquisition agreement was announced on 27 March 2026, it was subject to approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
